If your AdCard won't submit, it usually means you've missed a required field. Often this will be your name and/or email under Login Details.

You'll also have issues if you use any special characters that are not allowed such as " or @ or any HTML or Javascript. The allowed characters are shown on the form. Everything else is blocked for security reasons.
